We offer a restorative, three-day retreat designed for women 40+ navigating life transitions and seeking sanctuary.

This is not a spa escape.


It is a structured, supportive space to reconnect with yourself, reflect through writing, and move forward with clarity—in community with other women doing the same.

  • Across three days, we move through a thoughtful arc:

    Each day blends guided writing, expert-led workshops, movement, and open space—allowing both reflection and integration.

    Daily Rhythm

    Mornings begin with gentle movement—yoga or a walk—followed by nourishing meals and guided writing circles, where you’ll explore your own story with honesty and self-compassion.

    Afternoons offer practical, real-world workshops designed to support your whole self:

    • Physical wellness and navigating midlife changes

    • Relationship dynamics and identity shifts

    • Financial clarity and empowerment

    • Nutrition and sustainable self-care

    There is also ample free time to rest, walk, connect, or simply be.
